Dota 2 Hero No Counter. Enchantress, Chen, terrorblade, naga, just to name a few off the top of my head. In hero picking, I often pick heroes that would counter the opponent's heroes.
The bonus mana regen you're getting from your ult is counted as base mana regen, thus a percentage based item (such as the Sage Mask).
